An all-new G.I. Joe cartoon? That sounds absolutely terrific! Yo, Joe! 
WOW. :biggrin G.I. Joe, Visionaries, M.A.S.K., and Micronauts! For these guys to get movies and new cartoons and toys is just amazing. I just hope Hasbro learn from past mistakes with G.I. Joe and don’t make the same mistake they did with Renegades. It was odd and not very successful but in fairness Hasbro are more to blame since they didn’t even release toys to support that show while it was on the air.
G.I. Joe, Visionaries, M.A.S.K., and Micronauts all had awesome toylines in the pas, so hopefully Hasbro can keep the right formula for them to be successful again and learn from their mistakes.
With Visionaries I hope they keep them a good size and articulated and can incorporate the animal changing feature in some with the toy. Either through transforming or packaging and animal with the figure.
M.A.S.K. I hope they make them either 3.75£ with minimal classic 5 POA and put more focus on the vehicles or make the figures and vehicles the same scale as the old toys so the new can interact with the old. 
Maybe even some re-releases of the vintage toys in the modern waves would be awesome. 
Microants…the interchanging, customising and building gimmick sells itself and is quite successful already thanks to the various masher toys of Marvel, Star Wars, Transformers and similar toys like Power Rangers, TMNT and WWE.
As for G.I. Joe, I hope they go back to the classic 1982-2007 style body build and git rid of that awful new one they have been using since 2007. or even construct a better buck…one that allows the figures to actually stand straight wouldn’t be too much to ask.
It would be good if WB would try and do something with the Thundercats licence or do the decent thing and sell it to a company that would.
Sounds like fun. I am only hoping they don’t screw up Cobra Commander. I loved him in the original, and not just because he and starscream shared a voice actor, lol. If they rework CC that he can still have funny moments but is also a much bigger threat that would be great.
I hope snake eyes and scarlett are a couple in the new series like they are in the comics. I never did like dukexscarlett.
Let’s hope the new Joe cartoon is a lot like the wonderful comics Larry Hama wrote. Did you ever see G.I. Joe Resolute? That was a pretty cool cartoon.
nope but i did see a clip of it and the commander was very intimidating.
It is really worth watching. It is a lot like the Marvel comics.
well at least he’s not a snake person in that. I HATED that little plot twist in the original movie. >_<

I hated the whole Cobrala story line. It’s a real shame they repeated the same mistake as Transformers the movie by focussing on the new characters instead of the characters everyone liked from the series.
Yeah that sucked. I hated what this did to star screa- I mean Cobra Commander. I felt like cruel and unusual punishment, though I think the writer or whoever did the movie didn’t like him so they went and turned him into a snake. speaking of CC I bought the anniversary figure for him a few years ago when they were out. I got him and Scarlett because she was also one of my favorites. I never managed to get Snake Eyes though.
Cobra Commander was Cobra and the best leader. I really disliked the Serpentor character. Although ‘My Favourite Things’ is one of my favourite episodes from the series.
I used to have a load of the anniversary figures but sold them all. Some of the Snake Eyes figures were nice, but I disliked the 25th anniversary buck body. They all seemed to stand funny and had odd proportions.
Ugh Serpentor. That guy ticked me off so much I wrote a fanfic where cobra commander snapped and blew his face off. It was GLORIOUS! lol
Yeah that was the anniversary CC I got. I got no problems with proportions but his helmet keeps falling off. he looks like a sliver egghead without it XD
Did you read the Marvel G.I. Joe comics. The Cobra Civil War with the fall of Serpentor is really interesting.
No. I don’t have money to buy the comics and me being a girl I grew up liking all the girly things. It wasn’t until I became a teenager I started getting interested in the more “boy” things. Though to be honest shows targeted toward boys are much more interesting anyway.
Long story short during the civil war on Cobra Island Zartan kills Serpentor. It’s a shame they didn’t make more interesting animation for girls also. I have a friend in the states and aside from the Disney and Studio Ghibli cartoon she loves Batman Beyond and Justice League cartoons etc.
Winx Club is actually a pretty good girl centered show, that and Miraculous Ladybug. but yeah the justice league cartoon is cool. it’s what made me discover martian manhunter and how much I love him and wish he got more love than he does. The original batman cartoon and The Batman are also good. so is Reboot.
Ah Reboot. That show was awesome. I was talking to a friend from High School about that a couple weeks ago. He was saying that was his favourite show.
Martain Manhunter was one of my favourite Justice League characters. Oddly enough I think my favourite was Hawkgirl.
What about My Little Pony?
FiM was good at the start but I gave up on it when they made twilight sparkle an alicorn. That just rubbed me the wrong way and I never got over it. I wonder how long the series will continue.
Not too sure. Season 1-3 was really fun. 4 and 5 are still good though but it did loose a bit of steam. Haven’t seen any of season 6 yet.
well the cutie mark crusaders got their cutie marks. that’s about the only thing I know of that happened after season 3.
my hope for the new gi joe is that it’s not like EXTREME or the anime one on fox. CC’s voice in sigma 6 just grated on my nerves and it felt boring.
